60 London Wall is an exceptional building in the heart of the City of London with 328,500 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation situated over ten stunning floors. The building achieved BREEAM outstanding, has a WiredScore platinum rating and is oriented to promote the wellbeing of its users.
Our scope of work comprised the WC fit out works to all levels incorporating fully prefabricated modular WC duct walls complete with all finishes and plumbing connections, drylined box walls, sub floors, tiling, ceilings and walls finished in micro cement, micro cement finished vanity units, mirror units, all sanitaryware and fixtures and fittings. We also delivered the full fit out of the lift lobbies and main reception area along with the amenity areas which house 380 lockers, 38 showers and changing facilities.
