7-8 St James Square provides 65,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation in the heart of the West End.
Our package consisted of WC fit out works including crown cut American Black Walnut cubicle fronts, back painted glass duct panels, high gloss lacquered wall panels, natural basalt vanity tops, mirrors and all fixtures and fittings. We also undertook the supply and installation of doorsets, skirting, and the reception fit out package comprising burr walnut and high gloss lacquered panels and shutters.
